Why Train Catch with Coach Ron Dayley?

Catch as Catch Can is the progenitor of modern submission grappling. It is known for its aggressive approach to positional dominance and its “finish from anywhere” philosophy. In our classes, you will move beyond the points-scoring mentality to focus on:

Aggressive Pinning: Utilizing the “pin to win” philosophy that forces your opponent to make mistakes.
True Submission Mechanics: Learning the brutal efficiency of old-school locks, cranks, and clinches that are rarely taught in standard BJJ classes.
The “Hooks”: Understanding how to chain submissions together so that if one fails, another is already locked in.
Mental Toughness: Developing the relentless pressure and forward-moving mindset that defines the CACC athlete.

Whether you are a seasoned grappler looking to add a dangerous new dimension to your game or a beginner wanting to learn the most effective form of submission wrestling, this class provides the technical depth and intensity you need.
